My stay at The Orchid Hotel in Mumbai was nice and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. Although I appreciated the lively atmosphere, particularly at the poolside where I relaxed, there were some aspects that could be improved, especially with regards to the room furnishings and overall upkeep.
